About face: Puma Golf will attend PGA Show
Thursday, January 14, 2010
It seems Puma Golf has changed its mind and will now exhibit at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando after all. Up until a week ago the company planned on exhibiting in a room at the Peabody Hotel, across the street from the Orange County Convention Center, the venue for the PGA Show.
But in a change of direction, the company decided to move across the street with the other exhibitors, but not on the show floor.
“We weren’t really sure what we were going to do until we talked to the Reed Exhibitions folks last week,” Bob Cote, Sr. VP of Puma Golf North America said about the move. “ Once we had a chance to talk to Reed and were assured we could be closer to the show floor we made the decision to move forward.”
Puma is still planning to have a cocktail reception at the Peabody during the week of the show.
