Player of the Week: James White, Georgia Tech
The Yellow Jackets junior opened with a 10-under 62 and cruised to victory Oct. 26 at the U.S. Collegiate Championship, leading host Georgia Tech to the team title at The Golf Club of Georgia. White shot rounds of 62-70-72 to finish at 12-under 204, five shots ahead of USC’s T.J. Vogel. It was the first individual title of White’s career.
