Jones-signed golf ball brings more than $50K
How much would you pay for a dozen of these golf balls?
A Bobby Jones-signed golf ball recently sold at auction for $55,865.85.
The ball, the third seen by Green Jacket Auctions, was in much better shape then the previous two, which had Jones’ signature from later in life, according to Bob Zafain, a principal at Green Jacket. One ball sold for less than $5,000 and the other sold in 2005 in London for slightly more than $10,000.
