Hak (No. 1, 2012) commits to Georgia Tech

Shun Yat Hak, the top-ranked junior in the class of 2012, has given a verbal commitment to play college golf at Georgia Tech.

Hak, ranked No. 7 overall in the Golfweek Junior rankings, finished in the top 10 in all six of his AJGA invitational starts in 2010, including top 5s at the Rolex Tournament of Champions (T-4), the Junior Players Championship (fifth) and the FootJoy Invitational (fifth).

Hak also finished fourth at this year’s season-opening HP Boys Championship at Carlton Woods.

Georgia Tech is ranked No. 4 in the Golfweek College Rankings.
