OXFORD, Miss. – Led by individual medalist Jaclyn Jansen, the Baylor women's team notched its third victory of the season Sunday at the BancorpSouth Rebel Intercollegiate.

Jansen shot a final-round 71 and finished with a career-low 6-under 210 total to edge Tulsa's Marita Engzelius by one shot. It was Jansen's second title this season and the third of her career.

The Bears, No. 18 in the Golfweek/Sagarin College Rankings, had an easier time with the team title, finishing at 7-over 871 and winning by eight shots over runner-up Tulsa. Host Mississippi finished third at 17-over 881. It's the first time Baylor has posted three victories in a season since 2004-05.

Jansen got help from a pair of freshman teammates. Stani Schiavone finished a career-best fourth, and Hayley Davis tied for 11th.
