Justin Shin of Hamilton, Ontario, shot a 6-under 64 in the first round of the Porter Cup on Wednesday. Shin fired a 6-under 29 on the back nine at Niagara Falls Country Club, which ties a back-nine course record shot by Brandt Snedeker in 2003.
