IJP Design starts testing panel for ladies apparel collection

IJP (Ian James Poulter) Design has official started a testing panel for launch of women’s golf apparel.

Each panelist will sample garments from the collection, which showcase pieces of clothing for the spring/summer 2014 collection.

It comes at a time where a demand for a ladies IJP Design. IJP Design took elements from the men’s range and mixed classic pieces for a feminine twist.

Poulter’s signature tartan pants have been re-created for the women in four colors: Raspberry, Taupe, Ultramarine and Golf Ball White.

Ian Poulter, said: “It’s important to have a panel of female golfers testing the new ladies capsule collection. I sample the men’s range and feedback my style and design ideas before it goes into production, but there’s only so much I can contribute to the ladies range unless I start wearing skorts!"

The ladies design will consist of shirts, capris, jumpers and accessories that go with the tartan theme for the spring/summer 2014 collection.

The IJP Design ladies collection will launch on Sept. 27 online and in selected retailer stores.
