South Florida sophomore Chase Koepka fired a 4-under 212 total for his first collegiate victory at the Rees Jones Invitational on Tuesday at the par-72 Haig Point Club in Daufuskie Island, S.C.
Kennesaw State won the team title, firing a 10-over 298 on Tuesday to clear Koepka's Bulls and host South Carolina by two shots.
USF held a four-shot lead heading into the final round, but Kelby Burton's 1-under 71 helped Kennesaw State pull ahead.
Koepka -- younger brother of former Florida State All-American Brooks Koepka, a three-time pro winner in Europe in 2013 -- fired a 4-under 68 in the first round and never looked back, adding rounds of 70-74 to clear North Carolina Wilmington's Payne McLeod by four shots.
