Sunice's Ultimate V6 jacket uses silver fibers

Sunice's Hurricane Collection Ultimate V6 jacket

Sunice’s X-Static fabric technology in the Hurricane Collection Ultimate V6 Jacket is the company’s unique element in rainwear.

The X-Static stretch lining is silver fiber woven into the fabric to kill bacteria. Thus, the jacket never retains odor. The silver technology is exclusive to the Montreal-based company’s golf attire.

The jacket also uses Gore-Tex Paclite Technology, which allows perspiration to escape the inside.

“(We wanted) to create a piece that had everything that a true, core golfer would want in a performance standpoint,” said Derek Faith, vice president of sales. “It’s really a player’s jacket. It is functional, and Sunice is different because of the fashion we put into our clothing.”

The back of the Ultimate V6 jacket has stretch panel inserts to increase mobility and breathability during a golf swing, as well as a cinching system at the waist.

The jacket, available in S-XXXL, comes in two colors: black and blue. Cost: $500.
