Third-year LPGA player Brittany Lincicome continues to build upon a diverse endorsement portfolio.
The 21-year-old, two-time LPGA Tour winner has signed an endorsement contract with Watkinsville, Ga.-based sunglasses maker Tifosi Optics. The two-year deal requires Lincicome to lend her name to two custom Tifosi Optics golf-specific sunglasses that will be available in spring 2008. She also will make an unspecified number of personal appearances for Tifosi.
“Brittany is a great fit for Tifosi,” said Tifosi Optics founder Joe Earley. “She’s the girl next door, who also happens to be one of the best female golfers in the world. We’re looking forward to growing with Brittany and having her on board will definitely strengthen our efforts to become a major player in golf-specific eyewear.”
Lincicome also has secured a three-year deal with Southern Republic Bank, according to her agent, Jeff Chilcoat of Columbus, Ohio-based Sterling Sports Management Group. That arrangement calls for Lincicome to showcase Southern Republic’s logo on her apparel.
A member of the U.S. Solheim Cup team, Lincicome has equipment deals with Adams Golf and Titleist, and also is sponsored by Kate Lord Apparel and Trion:Z bracelets.
