I knew I was in for a treat when I saw local boys Loren Roberts and Shaun Micheel, with matching wolfish grins, filling their plate and hamming it up with the chef.
I tried the chopped pork shoulder and somewhere short of a slab of ribs (who’s counting?) that were charcoaled in a season pit, nice and slow. I can report my inner man was satisfied.
Just another day of good clean living on the PGA Tour – as long as you used a wet-nap.
