There are three putters in the TaylorMade White Smoke line, and while all look familiar, what many golfers may be surprised to see is the affordable price.
The MC-72 mallet, IN-12 blade and IN-74 blade are each available in 33-, 34-, and 35-inch models and made from 304 Stainless steel for soft feel. All three also feature TaylorMade’s grooved, PureRoll Titanium insert. According to the company, the grooves in the insert help to get the ball rolling more quickly and more smoothly, which should help improve distance control and consistency.
The White Smoke putter comes with a white body and three black alignment lines. Like the other white-crowned clubs TaylorMade has produced in recent years, the company says these putters are easier to align because the topline and back flange contrast sharply with the green of the putting surface. At the same time, the three alignment lines frame the ball and further help golfers aim more accurately.
The White Smoke putters retail for $99 each.
