Need a multimillion-dollar mansion in South Florida? Has Greg Norman got a deal for you.

Norman’s unused, 7.5-acre lot that backs up to Boca Delray Golf & Country Club in Boca Raton, Fla., is on the market – along with a planned seven-bedroom mansion to be built – for $25 million.

According to the listing at, the mansion would total nearly 29,000 square feet and be completed in 2015; it also would feature a 10-car garage and 19 bathrooms.

Norman purchased the land in 2007 for $7 million. After his breakup with tennis star Chris Evert, he abandoned plans to use the homesite, reported. He listed the lot earlier this year for $6 million, but appears to have changed his business strategy for selling it.

The private Le Lac neighborhood also is home to, among others, Boston Red Sox owner John Henry.
