Victor Dubuisson made a big jump in the latest Official World Golf Ranking following his victory Sunday at the Turkish Airlines Open.
Dubuisson moved to No. 39, which is 67 spots better than he was two weeks ago, when he was ranked outside the top 100.
Also moving up considerably was Chris Kirk, who won the McGladrey Classic by a shot of Briny Baird and Tim Clark.
Kirk moved to 56th, the highest ranking of his career, improving 38 spots from two weeks ago. His previous highest ranking was 71st, which he achieved after his runner-up finish at the 2013 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am.
Kirk’s victory was just his fourth top-10 this year after he accounted for three during the 2013 PGA Tour season.
Baird moved from No. 915 after his T-36 finish at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open to No. 369 after his joint-second finish at Sea Island. Clark improved 14 spots from two weeks ago, moving to No. 63.
Adam Scott, who won the Australian PGA Championship on Sunday, remained at No. 2. He is 3.01 points behind World No. 1 Tiger Woods, who tied for third in Turkey.
Rickie Fowler, who was runner-up in Australia, moved from 43rd to 36th.
