Minnesota wins BYU at Entrada Classic

Minnesota won the BYU at Entrada Classic Tuesday in St. George, Utah, carding a 13-over 301 in the final round.

The Golden Gophers finished at 67-over 931, eight shots better than runner-up BYU. Wisconsin and Cal finished third and fourth, respectively, with Kansas State coming in fifth.

Minnesota’s Anna Laorr shared medalist honors with Wisconsin’s Alexis Nelson at 6-over 222. Nelson shot 5-over 77 in the final round. Laorr was the only Minnesota player to finish better than T-14.
