Tiger Woods shows support for Nike 'Equality' campaign

Tiger Woods’ golf career is getting tougher and tougher to follow as poor play and injuries continue to halt his comeback attempt.

But the 41-year-old isn’t afraid to speak his mind on other issues. Earlier this month, Woods offered that Americans must unite in the face of the country’s current difficulties.

He isn’t backing down on charged topics like race or discrimination, either. Nike launched the campaign “Equality” on Sunday. The purpose here is to delve into themes of race, equality and discrimination, of course promoting a call against prejudice.

The commercial with the campaign featured LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Serena Williams, Megan Rapinoe, Victor Cruz, Gabby Douglas, Dalilah Muhammad as well as actor Michael B. Jordan.

Here’s the commercial in question:

While Woods wasn’t in the commercial, he unequivocally advocated his support for the campaign.

Even if he’s not playing, Woods remains active.
