VIDEO: PGA Tour players honor Arnold Palmer with driving range salute

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Arnold Palmer tributes continue, but this one felt extra special.

The driving range Wednesday at Bay Hill Club & Lodge was roped off for a time early in the afternoon, but for good reason.

Sam Saunders, Arnold Palmer’s grandson, and several other players in the Arnold Palmer Invitational field took to the driving range to honor “The King.”

With the national anthem and a video on Palmer’s life playing in the background, players took part in a beautiful tee-shot salute to Arnie.

Palmer’s bag was on the far right side of the range, too, as the ceremony took place. So special.

This tribute doesn’t replace “The King,” still being around, but it’s good to see a golfing legend continue to get his proper due.
