Not a strong week for Zach Johnson, as he had three rounds over par and is set to place T-66 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
But, with some help, he had one unforgettable moment Sunday at Bay Hill Club & Lodge.
Johnson was 6 over in his final round through eight holes but had gotten it back to 5 over for the round as he flared his tee shot into the right greenside bunker at the par-3 17th.
His blast from the sand was right of the hole, and his ball appeared it would race well by.
That is until his ball ricocheted off opponent Ben An’s ball, and, well … the result was pretty fantastic.
Probably some film certain teams still in the NCAA Tournament could take note of, as that is a perfect bank shot.
If this looks familiar, Louis Oosthuzien made a ricochet hole-in-one during the final round of the 2016 Masters.
Johnson would still shoot 76, but we think we know which shot he’ll most remember from this day.
