Colleton River Club

Welcome to Colleton River Club, your private peninsula for world-class golf. Here the Colleton and Chechessee Rivers to the north and west, and the Atlantic to the east set the stage for two signature courses from golf’s greats.

Courses from legendary, Jack Nicklaus and famed architect, Pete Dye span the peninsula community, making this a golfer’s paradise. Variety from course to course, keeps the game interesting. The Nicklaus course is challenging yet playable in its lush signature style. The Dye, links-style course offers sweeping water views and small greens with pot bunkers that are common to a Dye course. The comprehensive Practice Park, which includes a 6-hole Par 3 course, perfect for improving short-game; a short game practice area, where on-course conditions can be experienced; and a state-of-the-art Learning Center, is a golf amenity unlike any other in the region.

Beyond the courses, is a Lowcountry community that is both casual and elegant. With nature as the centerpiece, Spanish moss draped Live oaks and palmetto trees line roadways that wind through a blend of luxurious homes, natural terrain and 7 miles of vast water and salt marsh views. The peninsula is anchored by adjoining Victoria Bluff, an 1,100-acre nature preserve, where miles of trails carry the adventurer through a bustling natural eco-system.

Colleton River Club’s dining options range from formal to casual. The fitness center offers personal training, yoga and more. Various social groups and community-wide events like oyster roasts and symphony nights ensure that your social schedule stays full.

When you’re ready to enjoy the offerings of the Lowcountry, you need only take a quick drive. Hilton Head is just 10 minutes away, granting access to beautiful beaches. If you seek history and culture, take a quick 30-minute trip to Beaufort and Savannah, Ga. for world-renowned historic southern scenery, Antebellum architecture and oak-draped streets.

Homes ($600,000 to $3,000,000) and an authentic, fulfilling coastal lifestyle are offered here at Colleton River Club.
