Red Rock Golf Trail

The Red Rock Golf Trail is an amazing year-round desert golf destination with everything from Entrada, a 5 star Troon property, to the most breath taking publicly owned courses you’ll ever play.

Sand Hollow, Sky Mountain, Sunbrook are just a few of the very popular courses groups enjoy 365 days a year, leaving the hassles of big city traffic, over-crowding and pollution to the other guys.

St. George is comfortably nestled in the southwest corner of Utah, only 90 minutes north of Las Vegas right on I-15.  There you can experience impeccable greens, impressive accommodations and eclectic dining, with world class spa and outdoor activities to rejuvenate and revitalize your golf game.  The Red Rock Golf Trail will take you for the ride of your life without breaking the bank. You’ll be begging to come back for more, and guess what? You can because it’s about half the cost of the other Sunbelt golf destinations.

You may have noticed by the photos that the scenery there is spectacular, and these photos are all from different courses.  This is one place where the destination really is better than the brochure.  Golfers often say you better bring a camera because you’ll be using it as much as your driver.  There are red rock features built into every course, so whether you’re shooting around a bolder at Dixie Red Hills, across a red rock canyon of Green Spring, or along the cliff’s edge at Sand Hollow, you’re in for a unique set of courses that will burn their way into your memory and leave you dreaming about desert golf.

The Pine Valley Mountains frame the city with 10,000-ft. alpine mountains to the north. Pre-historic inactive volcanoes dot the landscape and left ribbons of volcanic rock strewn through the area, so golf designers had no choice but to build courses right through the middle of it.

Along with impressive golf courses, the St. George area has a wide variety of additional activities. Only 40 minutes away, Zion National Park is a popular place for groups to trade in their golf shoes for some hiking shoes and get up close with the stunning scenery of the area.   Sand Hollow State Park is an oasis in the desert with it’s red sandy beaches. Golfers love to take the afternoon and cool off in the lake with boat, jet ski and stand up paddle board rentals.

Once golf groups discover St. George and the Red Rock Golf Trail it quickly becomes their new favorite golf destination, and with all that it has to offer it’s easy to see why.
