Sentry Tournament of Champions Tracker

10:30 p.m.: That’s all for Round 2. Dustin Johnson is the new favorite at 9 under and one back of co-leaders Marc Leishman and Brian Harman, no slouches themselves. Should be a fun one on Saturday.

8:30 p.m.: Pat Perez is just one off the lead now and continuing his career resurgence at age 41. Now has an eagle look coming up at 18 to take the outright lead. Not the oldest player in the field this week, however – that would be 41-year-old Ryan Armour, Perez’ senior by about one month. Vegas and Leishman still co-lead at 8 under for the moment.

7:45 p.m.: Spieth. Solid response. He’s in with a cool 7-under 66 and that’s a 9-shot swing from Thursday’s round. Currently T-4 at 4 under. Jhonattan Vegas now has the outright lead at 9 under and Marc Leishman is one back at 8 under.

6:15 p.m.: So much for Spieth’s first-round struggles. He’s 6 under on the day and now T-6 at 4 under. Rookie of the Year Xander Schauffele also getting comfortable in his debut on this track, he’s 4 under through 9 and now T-4. Marc Leishman hanging on to the solo lead for now at 7 under.

5:30 p.m.: Spieth isn’t the only one making moves out there. Daniel Berger just reeled off four straight birdies on holes No. 3-6 with another good birdie chance on deck at seven. Coming out hot, now T-4 and 4 under overall. Finished T-7 at his first appearance in this event last year and definitely someone to keep an eye on.

5:15 p.m.: Greetings, professional golf enthusiasts. We’re underway for Round 2 at Kapalua and Jordan Spieth is quickly climbing up the board after a tough outing Thursday. He just made an eagle at No. 9 to cap a 4-under 32 on the front nine. Now 2 under for the tournament and sitting T-15. Buckle up and stay tuned. We’ll be here all night.
