Furyk, Johnny Walker extend sponsorship
Jim Furyk signed a three-year extension for his endorsement deal with Johnny Walker Collection, a producer of several blended Scotch whiskeys.
According to Andrew Witleib, Furyk’s agent, Johnny Walker upgraded its presence with the player, moving its logo from the back yoke of Furyk’s shirt to the front of his chest. The Johnny Walker logo replaces Exelon, which elected not to renew its sponsorship relationship with Furyk after 11 years.
Witleib said he expects to announce two more deals for Furyk shortly, which will go into effect next season.
