Rounds played increases 1.4% in April

Rounds played volume in the United States increased 1.4 percent in April and rose 2 percent year-to-date, according to the most recent National Golf Rounds Played Report.

At public courses, rounds played increased 1.8 percent in April and 2.3 percent year-to-date. Meanwhile, play at private clubs remained flat for the month and increased 1.2 percent year-to-date.
