Waugh carded 71 – the low round of the day – to earn and share of first place. Mankoff was 1 over with four birdies in the final round. Both are in the Class of 2013.
New Mexico’s Benjamin Albin totaled a two-round score of 152 to take home the title in the 11-12 division. The 12-year-old Santa Fe native finished with a final-round 72 to win by five shots.
