Dynamic Brands expands its portfolio

Dynamic Brands, parent company of golf brands including Bag Boy, Slotline and AMF, has acquired the assets of ForeFront Holdings LLC.
The deal, completed May 18, expands Dynamic’s portfolio by adding the following golf bag and accessory brands: Burton, Datrek, Devant, Sir Christopher Hatton and Miller Golf.
Burton and Datrek are known mostly for their golf bags; Devant and Sir Christopher Hatton make golf towels. Miller offers a variety of customizable products such as bag tags, repair tools, ball markers and tees.
In a statement about the acquisition, Dynamic’s CEO David Boardman said: “The addition of these well respected brands allows us to better service our customers with high quality customized merchandise.”
The company plans to introduce new Burton and Datrek products at the PGA Merchandise Show in January 2010.
