Accident 911 tapes to be released soon
The Florida Highway Patrol won’t speculate on what happened before Tiger Woods crashed his luxury SUV, and they said tapes of the 911 call won’t be released until they can be reviewed, perhaps Sunday at the earliest.
“Right now we believe this is a traffic crash,” said FHP Sgt. Kim Montes said. “We don’t believe it is a domestic issue.
Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman Sgt. Kim Montes said Saturday that investigators are only looking into the incident as a traffic crash. She says investigators are “trying not to get on the rumor mill.”
Montes says the investigation should be finished within the next couple of days.
