Cassy Isagawa, of Wailuku, Hawaii, shot 3-under 213 at Sycamore Hills Golf Club in Fort Wayne, Ind., and won the Junior PGA Championship in a playoff.
Isagawa, 16, beat Ginger Howard on the third playoff hole. An Oregon commit, Isagawa finished second at the Junior World Golf Championships and tied for first at the Junior Americas Cup earlier this summer.
