Weston Bell, of Piedmont, S.C., shot 2-over 144 (70-74) at the Golf Club at Ballantyne in Charlotte, N.C., to win the Ballantyne Junior Open by one shot.
Bell, 15, also won the 13-14 age division of the 2009 Ballantyne Junior Open.
