Bogota Open (Rd. 2)

Tag Ridings pulled into the solo lead Friday at the Pacific Rubiales Bogota Open, carding a 2-under 69 at the Country Club de Bogota. Ridings holds a one-shot lead over William McGirt.

Ridings is at 8-under 134 for the tournament. He threw out six birdies in Round 2, but also had two bogeys and a double bogey at the par-4 third. Ridings is looking for his first Nationwide Tour victory after finishing T-4 at the Moonah Classic Feb. 7.

McGirt fired a 5-under 66 to get to 7 under in Bogota, and is alone in second. Steve Pate (66), B.J. Staten (67) and Jamie Lovemark (69) are tied for third at 6-under 136. Dave Schultz, who held a share of the lead with Ridings after Round 1, dropped to a two-way tie for sixth after a second-round 72.
