Matthew Rushton, of Johannesburg, South Africa, shot 3-under 141 (72-69) at Port Royal Golf Club in Hilton Head Island, S.C., to win the International Junior Golf Tour event by seven shots.
Rushton, 15, recently began playing up to the 16-19 age division. He had six consecutive victories in IJGT events from September to December of 2009.
