Taylor Dickson, of Gastonia, N.C., shot 2-over 144 (71-73) at the Tanglewood Championship Course in Clemmons, N.C., and won the FCWT’s Tanglewood Challenge in a playoff.
Dickson, 17, won on the first playoff hole, earning his first FCWT victory. He improved by 40 spots from last year’s Tanglewood Classic, when he finished 41st.
