2010 Golfweek for Her: Natalie Gulbis on her look
Tuesday, April 19, 2011
In 2008, the LPGA arranged for players to meet at the studio of renowned makeup artist Bobbi Brown during the Sybase Classic in Clifton, N.J. Natalie Gulbis went a step further and stayed at Brown’s house.
“I left a different person,” said Gulbis, whose beauty routine now relies almost exclusively on Bobbi Brown products.
Before discovering Brown’s tinted foundation, Gulbis didn’t wear sunscreen or use a moisturizer on her face while on the golf course for fear she’d break out.
“I thought I’d be OK with just youth,” she said.
To repair the sun spots above her lip and remove freckles, she swears by Bobbi Brown’s Intensive Skin Supplement Serum Anti-Age.
And what about those pesky tan lines? Neutrogena MicroMist Tanning Sunless Spray.
Gulbis said it’s perfect for pro-am parties and red-carpet events. There’s no bad smell and no orange residue.
“I’ve had tanning products come off on hotel sheets or towels,” she said. “It’s embarrassing.”
