New Callaway woods surface at McGladrey
ST. SIMONS ISLAND, Ga. – A few weeks ago, Graeme McDowell tweeted about the new Callaway Diablo Octane Tour driver when he made an appearance at the Callaway National Sales Meeting. Now the club has started to show up in bags on the PGA Tour. Matt Kuchar, who is not a Callaway paid ambassador, carried the fairway wood in his bag at the Tour Championship.
The driver appeared last week in Callaway staffer Shaun Micheel’s bag, and he used it again at the McGladrey Classic, along with fellow Callaway man Fredrik Jacobson and non-Callaway player Trevor Immelman.
