Lee-Anne Pace's victory at the 2010 Sanya Ladies Open was her fourth of the year on the Ladies European Tour.

SUZHOU, China – Lee-Anne Pace knows this isn’t the time to tweak any part of her game.

The South African regained the Ladies European Tour money-list lead Oct. 24 after her fourth victory of the season at the Sanya Ladies Open. This week she bids for win No. 5 as she tees off Friday at the €200,000 Suzhou-Taihu Ladies Open at Suzhou-Taihu International Golf Club, near Shanghai.

“The plan is the same as last week: Fairways and greens,” Pace said. “I’m putting well and hitting the ball well, so I’m pretty confident. I’m doing the same things I’ve been doing all this year. It’s been working, so I’m sticking to that.”

Bo-Mi Suh of South Korea claimed a one-shot victory last year over Gwladys Nocera and is back to defend her title.

“I hope that I can bring the championship cup back to Korea,” Suh said. “I remember that offense is the best defense. I trust myself.”

Suh, who lives in Seoul, joined the tour this year but has rarely traveled to Europe to compete. She’s No. 128 on the money list with €6,327 in six events. Suh has spent most of her time closer to home on the Korean Ladies Golf Tour and the Ladies Asian Golf Tour (LAGT).

There are a number of high-prospect players in the field, including the LAGT’s leading player Pornanong Phatlum of Thailand, who finished third in Sanya and was also third here last year; Thai Russamee Gulyanamitta, who tied for fifth in Sanya; and 14-year-old Chinese amateur Lin Xi-Yu, who tied for ninth last week.
