Matt Kuchar There aren't many sure things in this game, but here's one of them, because everytime you look up, the onetime Georgia Tech star is in the mix. Nine starts this year, six top 10s. Of his last 35 tournaments, 17 have resulted in top 10s. Sure, you'd like to have seen him turn a few of these chances into wins, but in 16 weekend rounds this year his scoring average is 69.062, so it's not like coughs it up. |
Webb Simpson Quietly taking progressive steps in his PGA Tour career. Has absorbed the disappointments that are part of the learning curve, but appears poised for good things. Finished T-14 here a year ago. |
