Crowds flock to PGA Merchandise Show

The view from the Osprey Cafe at the Orange County Convention Center shows equipment and apparel booths crowded onto the PGA Merchandise Show floor.

ORLANDO, Fla. – Crowds flooded Orange County Convention Center on Thursday morning for the opening day of the PGA Merchandise Show. Equipment, apparel and golf-accessory booths spread out over the floor as show-goers and tour players mingled among booths filled with the latest in golf merchandise. The show is not open to the general public.

One end of the floor featured an indoor range where attendees could test out golf equipment, while apparel booths displayed racks of the latest in men’s and women’s golf attire at the other end.

Golfweek’s Tracy Wilcox got a close-up look at the action.
