Player of the Week: Stephanie Liu
Stephanie Liu, of Fernandina Beach, Fla., shot 8-over 152 (74-78) at Amelia National Golf Club in Amelia Island, Fla., and won the Florida Junior Tour event in a playoff.
Liu, a 13-year-old who plays up to the 16-18 division, scored her first FJT win. Ranked No. 94 in Golfweek’s Junior Rankings, Liu also made it to the quarterfinals at last year’s U.S. Girls’ Junior.
