Down 10 shots going into the final round, the Cowboys rallied to win the Southern Highlands Collegiate Masters by seven shots over Texas A&M and 10 shots over 36-hole leader California. The Cowboys shot a final-round-best 5-under 283 and finished at 1-under 863 overall. Medalist Morgan Hoffmann’s 3-under 69 led OSU in the final round, and Peter Uihlein and Kevin Tway each shot 2-under 70.
