Player of the week: Steve Lim, USC
Lim, a senior, posted rounds of 66-67-69 for an 11-under 202 total at the Gifford Collegiate to finish one shot ahead of last year’s college golf player of the year, UCLA sophomore Patrick Cantlay. The victory not only helped USC win the team title by four shots over UCLA, but was also Lim’s first individual title.
