Nuutinen, TCU women win Mountain West titles
The TCU women didn't finish with style, but it was enough to get the job done.
The Horned Frogs won the Mountain West Conference Championship - despite a final-round, 13-over 301 - clearing second-place UNLV by six strokes at the par-72 Wigwam Golf Course in Phoenix, Ariz.
The Runnin' Rebels carded the best round of the tournament in the final round - a 4-over 292 - to give TCU a scare.
San Diego State finished seven shots back in third place.
TCU's Sanna Nuutinen won the individual title after a four-hole playoff with Christine Wong of San Diego State.
