Pak sidelined indefinitely with shoulder injury
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Hall of Fame golfer Se Ri Pak said Friday that she will be sidelined indefinitely after injuring her left shoulder when she slipped on stairs Tuesday.
The 25-time LPGA winner has a slight tear in the labrum in the shoulder.
"Right now, there is no timeline for my return to the LPGA, but I know the next two months of rehab will be important for my recovery," said Pak, 34, a South Korean who influenced the current generation of Asian female touring pros. "I have a positive outlook, and I fully expect to return to the LPGA tour as soon as the time is right."
