Will named women's coach at Richmond
Three-time LPGA Tour winner Maggie Will was named women's golf coach at the University of Richmond on Monday.
Will spent last season as an assistant coach at UNC Wilmington, where the Seahawks won their second-straight CAA conference championship and made an NCAA Regional appearance.
"The University of Richmond is a special place," said Will. "I look forward to helping our student athletes reach their potential."
Will also spent time as an assistant coach at N.C. State, where she mentored Brittany Marchand to her first collegiate victory. She also was the men's assistant coach at VCU in 2010 and was a teaching pro at The Creek Club in Locust Valley, N.Y.
