IMG Junior Tour closes season at Concession

The IMG Junior Golf Tour ended May 13 with its tour championship at the challenging Concession Club in Bradenton, Fla. Keagan Cummings, Jordan Lippetz and Newport Laparojkit won their respective divisions.
Cummings beat Tzu-Wei Lin in a two-hole playoff, as both finished at 2-over 146 in the Boys 15-18 division. Cummings, a Dublin, Ireland-born player who is ranked No. 114 by Golfweek, took the first-round lead with a 3-under 69, then returned a 77 on Day 2. Lin ranked No. 114, shot 72-74. Lin, who lives in Bradenton, recently won the IMG junior event at the Golf Club at North Hampton. Cummings won by three strokes over Esteban Castro of Bogota, Columbia, and Prem Samritpricha and Spencer Schultz, both of Bradenton.
To win the Girls 15-18 division, Lippetz, ranked No. 81, shot 3-over 147. She shot a 78 in the first round but fired a 69 in the second to win by eight strokes over Alex Wright of Midlothian, Va. and Symba Xu of Bradenton.
Laparojkit shot 6-over 150 (77-73) to win the Boys 11-14 by 12 strokes over David Gao.
