NCAAs: Staff picks for Elite 8, medalist

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. -- We are only 24 hours away from the start of the 2012 NCAA Men's Championship at Riviera Country Club, where 30 teams will compete for the chance to advance to match play starting on Friday.
We've got four experts on the ground just outside of Los Angeles and they are providing plenty of preview coverage, but are also ready to go out on a limb with their picks for the Elite 8 that will move into match play and also pinpoint their favorite for the individual champion.
Ron Balicki has even moved beyond match play and gone ahead and predicted his overall winner.
