Junior Heritage cancelled for 2013
The Sea Pines Junior Heritage, which began more than two decades ago and was regarded as one of the top junior events in the country, will not be held in 2013.
The tournament, which was the ninth-ranked boys event and the eighth-ranked girls event in 2012, has been held on Hilton Head Island, S.C., since the 1980s.
Chase Koepka and Ashlan Ramsey won the 2012 event at Sea Pines Resort. Other past winners of the tournament include Charles Howell III, Sean O'Hair, Kyle Stanley, Lexi Thompson and Paula Creamer.
