Gandy (No. 74, 2013) commits to N.C.-Greensboro

Seth Gandy of Huntersville, N.C., has given a verbal commitment to North Carolina-Greensboro for the fall of 2013. Gandy attends William A. Hough High School in nearby Cornelius, N.C.

During his recruitment period, Gandy also considered Furman, Liberty, High Point, Western Carolina and Coastal Carolina.

“I chose UNC-Greensboro because they play an ACC/SEC schedule, they practice/play at great facilities and (because of) the Bryan School of Business,” Gandy said.

Gandy had two top-5 finishes in AJGA events this year, and also recently finished in the top 15 at the Joe Cheves Junior Invitational.
