The Honors Course in Ooltewah, Tenn., will host the 2016 U.S. Junior Amateur on July 18-23, the USGA announced Monday.

It will be the fifth USGA championship conducted at The Honors Course and the 14th championship held in Tennessee. The 30-year-old club, located near Chattanooga, previously hosted the 1991 U.S. Amateur, 1994 Curtis Cup, 2005 U.S. Mid-Amateur and 2011 U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur. It also was the site of the NCAA Division I Men's Championship in 1996 and 2010.

The 2014 U.S. Junior will be conducted July 21-26 at The Club at Carlton Woods in The Woodlands, Texas, while the 2015 U.S. Junior will be played at Colleton River Plantation Club in Bluffton, S.C., July 20-25.
