Player of the week: Joel Stalter, Cal
The junior from Amneville, France, won the John Burns Intercollegiate by eight shots over teammate Max Homa. Stalter, who entered the tournament at No. 11 in the Golfweek/Sagarin College Rankings, shot 67-70-67. His two 67s were the low round of the tournament. This is Stalter's second consecutive first-place finish. He shared the title at the Arizona Intercollegiate with teammate Michael Kim, the top-ranked player in Golfweek's rankings.
