With the British Open raging across the pond, fewer eyes are on the Sanderson Farms Championship. The PGA Tour event opposite the Open was interrupted Thursday as storms moved through the Madison, Miss., area.

Play was suspended just after 2 p.m. CDT and players were shuttled into the clubhouse.

Daniel Summerhays is the leader in the Annandale clubhouse with a 9-under 63. Summerhays went bogey-free Thursday, adding an eagle at the par-5 18th.

Will Claxton, Michael Bradley and Jonathan Randolph are next at 6-under 66.
