Bridgestone E5, E6, E7 golf balls
Monday, November 4, 2013
Each of Bridgestone's three popular balls in the E series – the E5, E6 and E7 – has a revised Dual Dimple structure for 2013.
The number of outer dimples (what we see on the cover) has been reduced from 330 to 326. This promotes a shallower landing trajectory on tee shots, thus increasing distance.
Meanwhile, the inner dimples (located inside the larger outer dimples) have been changed, too, so spin can be manipulated to provide individual flight patterns for the three balls.
The E5 is for golfers seeking a higher trajectory; the E6 is for players who want to hit the ball straighter; and the E7 is a distance ball. MSRP for each is $26.99 per dozen.
